Express Delivery is not available for oversize and heavy items, out of stock items or for items shipped from the manufacturer.
Any free shipping offer is for Standard Delivery only and does not include Express Delivery or International Delivery.
For international order, recipient is responsible for all applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes or Value Added Tax (VAT), which are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Set up your recipient addresses in the "My Address Book" from your account. Log into your account and add new recipients to your address book.
Use the drop-down menu next to "Send to" to select the applicable recipient address before adding the product to your shopping cart.
Shipping to a P.O. Box
We can ship most items to a P.O. Box. This excludes oversize items and those shipped directly from our manufacturers. Please call 866-838-8358 for more information.
Shipping and Handling Surcharges
Oversize and heavy items have a shipping and handling surcharge. This charge is noted with the product. This figure will be added to Standard Delivery.
Backordered Items
If
items are backordered, you will be notified by email, the total shipping and handling charges will be
allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped. Please note that the total shipping and handling charge will not increase.
All backordered items ship out via Standard Delivery.
